The villa has a living room open to the dining room, a Smart TV, fireplace, barbecue and wood oven. The equipped gas kitchen includes an oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, coffee machine, toaster, blender, juicer and crockery.

There are four bedrooms: one with a double bed, one with a double bed and two single beds, and two with a double bed and a single bed each. Two bathrooms have showers.
