Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed. Pets are not allowed. The estate or an individual cabin may be booked; inventory is locked across both options, so booking one makes the other unavailable for those dates.

The property is in Uvita, between Uvita and Dominical, on an ocean-view tropical hillside on the Pacific coast.
