Smoking is prohibited throughout the premises. The published cancellation policy states that cancellations more than 60 days before arrival receive a refund of the deposit less a penalty equal to 10% of the total rental fee. Cancellations within 60 days of arrival are non-refundable. The Christmas period, December 19 through January 9, is always non-refundable.
