The apartment accommodates two guests on the third floor of a historic building without an elevator. It spans several levels, with an entrance staircase leading to the different rooms.

The living area includes a dining room and a well-equipped kitchen opening onto two large terraces with views over the historic center's rooftops and the sea. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, microwave and oven. The bedroom has one queen-size bed, and the bathroom has a bathtub with a whirlpool function. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, television and a hairdryer are available.

The apartment is in Palermo's limited traffic zone (ZTL). Leaving the car in nearby parking and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. Palermo Falcone e Borsellino Airport is about a 40-minute drive away.
