Fully renovated by an interior designer in 2024, the bright apartment has no direct overlooking and combines a separate bedroom with an air-conditioned living room and an open kitchen. The living room has a double sofa bed with a real mattress, a TV, two large double-glazed windows with blackout curtains, and artwork by French artist GoddoG.

The bedroom has a 160 × 200 cm queen-size bed with an EMMA mattress, air conditioning, two double-glazed windows with blackout curtains, and direct access to the bathroom. The bathroom is also accessible from the living room and contains a shower, toilet and washing machine. The open kitchen includes a cooktop, oven/microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, dishes and utensils, plus a dining area. Wi-Fi, heating, a laptop-friendly workspace and a hair dryer are available.

Installed bed linen, towels, a bath mat, a kitchen towel, toiletries, bathroom, breakfast and cleaning welcome kits, and professional cleaning are included. Additional services offered include luggage storage, a private driver, children’s equipment, guided tours and a romantic welcome.

The apartment is on the second floor without a lift, in Passage Coste near the Rhône riverbanks. Presqu’île is a five-minute walk away, and Part-Dieu station is a few metro stops away. Foch metro station is five minutes away, with a Vélo’V station nearby. Self check-in is available.
