The apartment occupies several levels in a historic building in a residential neighborhood of central Bari. The entrance living room has a sofa, television and a bathroom with shower. Steps lead to a second-floor area with a walk-in closet, a laundry room with washer and dryer, and two sofas. Further steps lead to an open-plan kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer and moka coffee maker, plus a dining table and small sofa.

The top-floor master bedroom has a queen-size bed, an ensuite bathroom with shower and a small walk-in closet. Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning and heating are available, along with an iron and hairdryer.

The building is undergoing renovation work, making access challenging. Bari-Karol Wojtyla International Airport is a 30-minute drive away; Brindisi Airport is 115 km away.
