## About the house

Completed in late 2015, Allawah has indoor and outdoor living spaces across two levels connected by a free-form steel staircase. The open-plan kitchen includes a butler's pantry, and the master bedroom has an ensuite and ocean views through the home's interior. A rumpus room with an Atari gaming table opens onto a sheltered private courtyard. A north-facing ground-level sun deck has an outdoor lounge and bean bags, with native eucalyptus providing privacy on the street side.

The three bedrooms contain a king bed, a queen bed, and a single bed plus a bunk bed respectively. Linen is provided. Facilities include reverse-cycle air conditioning, heating, a double lock-up garage, BBQ, garden, outdoor seating, Foxtel/cable TV, DVD player, books and games. The kitchen has a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and toaster. A dryer, bathtub, shower, hot water and smoke detector are also provided. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome.

The Otway forest is behind the home, Lorne Country Club is a short stroll away, and the beach is a 500 m walk away. A different route leads into the town centre. The home is professionally managed with local 24/7 support.

Strictly no parties, including schoolies, hen or buck parties. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited from 22:00 to 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and limited to the guests recorded on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management of any changes. Pets are prohibited unless the property is advertised as ‘Pets Welcome’. Specified arrival days may apply during peak periods. Guests must treat the property respectfully and follow the house rules.
