The house

The home has an open-plan living area with sofas, a TV and valley views. The fully equipped kitchen includes gas cooking, a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, alongside a ten-seater dining table. A washer and dryer are just off the kitchen.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, two walk-in robes and two ensuites: one with a bathtub and shower, and the other with a shower and vanity. Two further bedrooms have queen beds, and the fourth has a queen/single bunk bed. Additional shared bathrooms include one with a bathtub and another with a shower.

Outdoors, a covered alfresco area has a BBQ, a long timber table, pull-down blinds and an outdoor heater. There is a private pool, an outdoor spa and a firepit. A pool table is in the garage. Reverse-cycle air conditioning serves every bedroom, with two additional units in the main living area; ceiling fans are in the living room and primary bedroom. A dedicated workspace has a timber desk and chair. The driveway accommodates five or more vehicles, and the home has a private entrance.

Burrundulla and First Ridge wineries are minutes away. Optional experiences and add-ons include wine tours, private chefs, catering, in-home yoga and private transport; request arrangements when booking. Firewood packs can be pre-ordered at an additional cost from April to September only.
