## About the house

The home has an open-plan living area with sofas, a TV and valley views. The fully equipped kitchen includes gas cooking, a dishwasher, microwave and coffee maker, alongside a ten-seater dining table. A washer and dryer are just off the kitchen.

The primary bedroom has a king bed, two walk-in robes and two ensuites: one with a bathtub and shower, and the other with a shower and vanity. Two further bedrooms have queen beds, and the fourth has a queen/single bunk bed. Additional shared bathrooms include one with a bathtub and another with a shower.

Outdoors, a covered alfresco area has a BBQ, a long timber table, pull-down blinds and an outdoor heater. There is a private pool, an outdoor spa and a firepit. A pool table is in the garage.
