The apartment occupies the ground floor of a historic noble building near Turin’s old town. Its living room has a sofa and television, with patterned polychrome ceramic flooring continuing into the kitchen. The equipped kitchen includes a dining table, dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and moka coffee maker.

Three bedrooms have wooden floors, wardrobes and desks. One has a queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with shower; another has a single bed; the third has twin beds that can be joined into a queen-sized bed on request. A second full bathroom has a shower.
