## About the house

The home has four bedrooms and two full bathrooms plus a half bathroom. Multi-level porches, balconies and a rooftop deck provide outdoor seating and views from the ocean to the sound.

The top level contains an open kitchen, dining area, great room, ocean-view sunroom with a daybed, and a half bathroom. The kitchen was remodeled for the 2022 season with granite countertops, new appliances and a long island, and connects to a balcony and indoor dining area. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils and cookware.

The lower level has an ensuite bedroom with a king bed, private bathroom with standing shower, and deck access; three further bedrooms; and a shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combination. Another bedroom also has deck access. All bedrooms have flat-screen smart TVs.

Outdoor facilities include a private pool, hot tub, charcoal grill, outdoor shower, outdoor furniture and five beach chairs. Bath towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, and a washer and dryer are provided. Wi-Fi, streaming TV and central heating and air conditioning are available.

The Welcome Program supplies an arrival starter kit with paper towels, dish soap and a trash bag, plus hand soap and a roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. These are starter quantities; guests provide additional paper products, trash bags and soaps for their stay.
