The condo has 880 square feet of open-plan living space and a lanai with direct ocean views. The living area has seating, large windows, air conditioning and a television, with an adjacent dining area for four.

The kitchen opens to the living space and includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, oven, toaster, kettle, coffee maker, coffee grinder, blender, dishes and utensils.

Both bedrooms have ocean views and a queen bed. The primary bedroom has an ensuite bathroom; the second bedroom uses the shared bathroom. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms and the living room.

The oceanfront community has a shared pool. Free Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, beach towels, beach chairs, a cooler, a hair dryer and a starter supply of essentials such as shampoo and laundry detergent are provided. The condo has a private entrance, free parking, smoke detector and first-aid kit. Children are welcome, and self check-in and check-out are available.
