The seventh-floor duplex has lift access and an internal staircase to the top-floor bedrooms. The open-plan living and dining area has two green leather sofas, a flat-screen TV and a dining table seating eight. The fully equipped kitchen opens directly onto the balcony terrace and includes a cooker, hob, electric oven, microwave, toaster, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and coffee-making equipment.

All four bedrooms are on the top floor with sliding doors onto the terrace. The first has a double bed and desk; the second has a queen-sized double bed, mirror and chest of drawers. The third has a trundle bed that can be used as a double and a spacious home office area. The fourth has a double trundle bed, bookshelf and TV.

The top-floor family bathroom has a bath with overhead shower and a double wash basin. The second bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet. There is also a separate WC on each floor.

The planted terrace has city views, including the Eiffel Tower, and outdoor dining space for eight. Gare de Lyon and Nation stations are nearby, as is the Accor Arena.

Facilities include free Wi-Fi, central heating, a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board. Bed linen, towels, toiletries and a hair dryer are provided. The apartment is suitable for children and infants.
