The studio opens into a living area with a double sofa bed, a fold-down snack table, a glass front door and a window. A blackout curtain separates the sleeping area, which has a queen-size bed, storage chest and cabinet. The bathroom has a shower and bidet.
The kitchenette includes an induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge and freezer. Air conditioning, free Wi-Fi, a washing machine, an iron and a hairdryer are provided.
Guests can access an unfurnished courtyard shared with other apartment buildings. A small table and two chairs can also be set up outside the apartment in the alley.
