The house has private guest rooms and shared spaces: a main living room with television, streaming services, internet and seating; a semi-open terrace with rocking chairs, board games and books; a kitchen and dining area equipped with cooking utensils and appliances; and an urban garden with a fountain, tables, lights, a barbecue-preparation area and, on special occasions, a large screen.
