The house

Ali'i Point #12 has 3,199 square feet of interior space and a 1,500-square-foot wraparound lanai overlooking the lava-rock shoreline and tide pools. The vaulted great room has glass walls, sectional seating and a smart TV. An eight-seat dining area connects to the lanai for outdoor meals. The kitchen has stainless appliances, granite counters, ocean-view bar seating, a refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee-making equipment, blender and rice cooker. A BBQ is also available.

The primary bedroom has an ocean view, private balcony, desk, lounge seating and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. Guest Bedroom 1 has a partial ocean view and an ensuite bathroom. Guest Bedroom 2 has a mountain view and lanai access. An additional open-air loft provides sleeping space. The three bedrooms have split air conditioning and ceiling fans; the main living areas rely on ocean breezes and ceiling fans.

The lanai offers daybeds, outdoor seating, dining space and a hot tub. Shared community facilities include a pool with loungers and a tennis court. The home also provides a washer and dryer, Wi-Fi, an Ethernet connection, garage parking, smart-lock entry, beach towels, beach chairs and a beach umbrella. Beach equipment rentals are available for an additional charge. Children are welcome.
