House rules

The minimum rental period is one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an €80 surcharge applies to cover extra domestic-service charges, including water, electricity and gas, in cases of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in. Toilet paper and shampoo are provided only for the first day.

Getting there

Cars cannot access the apartment's street. Vehicles must be left in neighbouring streets and the rest of the journey completed on foot. The third-floor apartment is accessible only by stairs, with no elevator.
