House rules
No fishing in the pond. Complimentary grab-and-go breakfast is not provided for the Skyline and Summit cabin suites. During peak season, the check-in office is open from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM; after-hours arrivals use contact-free self-check-in, with instructions provided in the reservation confirmation. Cancellation terms stated on the page: no refunds within 14 days of arrival during peak season (May to October and holidays); during off-season (November to April, excluding holidays), 80% credit for a future stay is given and cannot be applied to a peak-season stay.
Getting there
Rooms numbered 1 to 9 are on the third floor; there is no lift. The property trail takes 20 minutes round trip. Crystal Mountain and the Sunrise area are about a two-hour drive away; the lodge is closer to Paradise.
