House rules
Minimum rental period: one month. For stays of 30 days or longer, an extra fee of 80€ applies for additional domestic-service charges, including water, electricity and gas, in cases of non-responsible use. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected when reserving, it must be paid at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. Guests must collect keys at the Welcome Center in Lisbon and provide ID or passport information at check-in. Toilet paper and shampoo are supplied for the first day only.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor in Alto Santo Amaro, Alcântara. LX Factory, restaurants, cafés and other services are within walking distance; public transport serves the area.
