The home sleeps up to 10 guests in four bedrooms with three king beds and two bunk beds. Both upstairs master bedrooms have ocean views and ensuite bathrooms; one also has a private balcony.

An open-plan lounge and dining area has an open fireplace. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, oven, microwave, refrigerator and toaster, and a BBQ grill is available. A spiral staircase leads downstairs to a recreation area with hammocks, ping pong and a billiard table. Entertainment includes two TVs, a DVD player, a game console and a sound system.

The property has air conditioning, heating, an outdoor shower, outdoor seating, a garden or backyard, a dryer and an iron. Kangaroos often graze in front of the house in the evening, and king parrots and magpies visit the deck.

Pets are welcome, and the home is suitable for children and infants. Linen is not provided but can be hired. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. The home is professionally managed with 24/7 local support.

Treat the property with respect and follow the house rules. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods. Firewood is supplied only from May to October.
