The house

The home has an open living area with generous sofas, artwork and a Smart TV for streaming. The kitchen has glossy white cabinetry, stone-look benchtops, an espresso machine, microwave, dishwasher, full oven and breakfast bar. A six-seater dining table provides space for shared meals.

A covered patio has outdoor dining and lounge seating, a ceiling fan and a gas BBQ. It overlooks a fully fenced backyard with hedges and a lawn.

All four bedrooms have a queen bed and ceiling fan. The primary bedroom also has a walk-in robe, private TV and ensuite. The other three bedrooms share the main bathroom, which has a deep bath, walk-in shower and double vanity. The laundry has a washer and dryer.

Central air conditioning serves the house except for one room, which has a split-system air conditioner. Ceiling fans are installed in all rooms. Wi-Fi, heating, a hair dryer and an iron are available.

Lady Bay Golf Club is steps away, and guests can use the club’s facilities without membership. Normanville Beach is a short drive away, and the home is a base for exploring nearby Fleurieu Peninsula wineries. Free driveway parking accommodates one car, with free street parking nearby; the garage is unavailable.
