## About the house

The 78 sqm home is arranged over three floors. The second-floor sitting room combines a kitchen, dining area and lounge with a leather sofa. French doors lead onto a balcony.

The third-floor master bedroom has a king-size bed, wardrobe space and a private ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub. The first-floor second bedroom has a double bed and its own ensuite. Access to the home's shower is through the second bedroom. The master bedroom has no bedside tables, and an internal window connects its ensuite with the stairs up to the second floor.

Air conditioning is available only in the master bedroom. Fans are provided in the second bedroom between May and September; please request fans for stays outside the summer period. The kitchen includes an electric oven, hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, kettle and toaster. A washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer and towels are provided.

The sitting-room fireplace is ornamental. The TV has internet access but is not connected to terrestrial channels. Free internet, smoke detectors and a carbon monoxide detector are provided.

Portobello Road is a few paces away, and Ladbroke Grove Underground station is a five-minute walk from the home. There are two narrow, steep staircases and no internal elevator. Babies, toddlers, children and pets are not accepted, and smoking is not allowed.
