Listing description
The apartment opens onto a patio furnished for outdoor lunches and dinners. Inside, the living area has a sofa, dining table and fully equipped open-plan kitchen with a coffee machine, boiler, microwave and dishwasher.
There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-size double bed and one with two single beds. The bathroom has a shower, and a hairdryer is provided. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi and a washing machine are available.
The residence has a shared swimming pool, open from 15 June to 19 September. Daily hours are 10:00–20:00, except from 1–15 September when they are 09:00–19:00. A swimming cap may be required.
The beach is a five-minute walk away. Olbia Costa Smeralda Airport is 17 km away by car.
