For stays of 30 days or longer, an €80 surcharge applies for non-responsible use of domestic services such as water, electricity and gas. A mandatory tourist tax is included in the final price; if not collected at reservation, it must be paid in cash at check-in. All remaining payments must be made in cash. All guests must provide ID or passport information at check-in.
