The apartment accommodates four guests. The living room has a double sofa bed, flat-screen TV and a dining table with chairs, alongside a separate equipped kitchen. The private porch is furnished with a table and chairs for outdoor dining and relaxation.
The bedroom has a queen-size double bed, a wardrobe and an outlook onto the private porch. The bathroom has a shower and a hairdryer. Kitchen equipment includes a coffee machine, moka pot, kettle, microwave, oven, fridge, toaster and juicer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, fans and an iron are available.
The residence's shared swimming pool is open from 1 May to 30 September; a swimming cap may be required.
Gardone Riviera is on Lake Garda, with historic villas including Villa Alba, the villages of Gardone di Sotto and Gardone di Sopra, and the Hruska botanical gardens. Ferries from the waterfront serve Malcesine and other Lake Garda destinations; Malcesine has a cable car to Monte Baldo. Verona airport is a 60-minute drive away.
