The open-plan living space connects a fully equipped kitchen, a dining table for eight and a living area with a large TV. Outside are a private pool, a pergola-shaded firepit lounge, a second dining table for eight, a barbecue and a patio. Games and beach gear are available.

The primary bedroom has a king bed and TV. Bedroom 2 has a queen and a twin single, Bedroom 3 has a queen, and Bedroom 4 has three twin singles. Two of the twin sleeping arrangements are rollaways provided in two bedrooms. All four bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms, and linens, towels, pillows and comforters are supplied. A Pack'n'Play is available. The home also has heating and a washer/dryer.

The MASS District's galleries, murals, food trucks and live music are a short stroll away. Downtown Riverwalk, Las Olas Boulevard and Fort Lauderdale Beach are a quick drive away. A nearby Brightline station provides train connections to Miami, West Palm Beach and Orlando.

The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. Pets are not permitted; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Smoking is prohibited. Smoking violations incur a $500 cleaning and related-cost fee, plus responsibility for smoking damage beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
