The villa has 18th-century-style Mexican hacienda furnishings, a living room overlooking Akumal Bay, a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Two bedrooms are on the living-room level and two are upstairs, separated by a courtyard. Every bedroom has a private bathroom and a private balcony overlooking the beach. Both lower-level bathrooms have stand-up showers, and one also has a tiled bathtub. The upstairs courtyard has a hammock and a sea-view balcony. A rooftop observation deck has a built-in table and couch. The oceanside terrace has a covered hammock stand. Additional amenities include a BBQ grill, CD and DVD players, cable/satellite TV, a security safe and a water purification system.
