The furnished, 5,000-square-foot villa has Mayan-inspired architecture designed by Tony Gonzales. Upstairs, the master suite has a private bathroom with a large tub, an open-air garden shower and an oceanfront balcony. The first upstairs guestroom has a private bathroom and a secluded outdoor deck; the second has two single beds and two futons. Downstairs are the living room, dining room, kitchen and two guestrooms with private bathrooms. One downstairs bedroom has direct beach access. An outdoor patio has a hammock. Amenities include ceiling fans throughout, a BBQ grill, microwave, kayaks, music library, stereo system, security safe and water purification system.
