The 6,000-square-foot villa has contemporary Mexican Hacienda-style architecture with stone, marble and wood finishes. The living area opens onto a poolside patio, and a separate sitting area has a TV and stereo. The fully equipped kitchen adjoins a dining room seating 12. All four bedrooms have air conditioning and private bathrooms; three bathrooms have outdoor showers in addition to indoor showers. Ceiling fans run throughout the home.
