The house has terraces overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and Cap de Formentor, with sea on two sides and a garden. Inside are a furnished living-dining room and a separate equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, freezer, oven, electric cooktop, microwave, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, blender, crockery and tea towels.

One bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom; the other has two single beds. A second shower bathroom is on the first floor. A cot and high chair can be provided for a baby.

Facilities include Wi-Fi, television and satellite TV, a washing machine, iron, ironing board, hair dryer and towels. The house is in a quiet residential area, with walking and cycling opportunities around Costa del Cap del Pinar and Albufereta de Pollença.
