House rules
The reservation must be booked by a legal adult; children are welcome. Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. Pets must stay off the furniture and guests must clean up after them. Check-out is at 11:00 AM; unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. Power and water interruptions can occur, and the property has no backup generator or backup water tank.
Getting there
Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is about 8 minutes away by car. Isla Verde Beach is about a 10-minute drive, Old San Juan is about 25 minutes by car, and El Yunque National Forest is about 40 minutes away. Uber and taxis are available; a rental car offers flexibility for island day trips.
