House rules
No pets. Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks events. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless agreed in advance, stays are for private residential use only and must accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Treat the property with the same respect as your own home. Firewood is supplied from May to October only.
Getting there
The beach is a five-minute walk away. Aireys Inlet Beach, Ala Grecque restaurant, Aireys Pub, cafes, shops and nature walks are within walking distance. The garage is not available for guest use. Linen is not supplied; optional linen hire is available on request at an additional cost. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
