The house occupies a flat block and has three bathrooms, including two baths, a covered entertaining deck and an expansive balcony with a BBQ. Upstairs are an open-plan living, dining and fully equipped kitchen area, an electric fireplace, dining seating for 10, a queen bedroom with an ensuite and two further queen bedrooms sharing a bathroom. Downstairs are a bedroom with a queen bed and a single bunk bed, a full bathroom with a bath, a kitchenette and a second living area with a TV. Facilities include a dishwasher, ceiling fan, hot water, TVs, children's books and toys, and a smoke detector. The house is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2. Guests have private use of the holiday home and 24/7 local management support. Bookings must reflect the exact guest count; notify management if it changes. Treat the property with the same respect as your own home. Firewood is supplied from May to October only.
