House rules
No parties, including schoolies, hens or bucks gatherings. No pets. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if this changes. Unless previously agreed otherwise, stays are for private residential use only and for the guests stated on the booking. Treat the property respectfully. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome.
Getting there
The beach is moments away. The Aireys Inlet pub and A La Grecque restaurant are a quick walk away. Off-street parking accommodates two cars, with extra parking nearby. The property uses tank water; conserve water during your stay. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
