House rules
Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Stays are for private residential use and only for the guests included in the booking; notify management if the guest count changes. Linen is not supplied: bring sheets, pillowcases, doona/quilt covers and towels, or request linen hire. Firewood is supplied only from May to October. Required arrival days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
Sandy Gully Beach is 500 m away. Split Point Lighthouse, Aireys Pub and local amenities are within walking distance. The upstairs living area has external access. The property is not fenced. The beach photograph is not a view from the house.
