Parties, events and smoking are not permitted. Contact the team before travelling with pets. Arrange arrival with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Online identity registration, a signed digital rental agreement and payment of the tourist tax are required before access. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40.
Getting there
The apartment is on the second floor of a building without an elevator. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 10-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is less than 13 km away.
