What time is check-in and check-out?
Check-in is from 15:00 to 18:00, and check-out is by 11:00. Early check-in or late check-out may be available on request, subject to availability.
How many guests can stay?
The villa accommodates up to 10 guests with five bedrooms and five beds. Additional guests may be possible by prior arrangement.
Does the villa have a private pool?
Yes. The villa has a private swimming pool for exclusive use during the stay.
Is housekeeping included?
Daily housekeeping is included for daily rentals. Monthly rentals typically include weekly housekeeping. Fresh linens, towels and toiletries are supplied and replenished regularly.
Is Wi-Fi available for remote work?
High-speed Wi-Fi is included. Fiber-optic connections are available at most villas and are described as suitable for video calls, streaming and remote work; specific bandwidth should be confirmed before booking.
What are the special house rules?
Valuables should be kept in the safe deposit box. Events and parties are not allowed, outside guests are not permitted, and commercial photography requires prior arrangements.
