The pool is in a lower area than the house and is reached from the lawn or by descending stone stairs. It has two basins measuring 12 x 6 metres in total, with maximum depths of 1.20 metres and 40 centimetres. The smaller basin has hydromassage. The pool has a Roman staircase, internal lights, chlorine purification, loungers, three gazebos and a cold-water shower. It is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

The property is in Soiana, a hamlet of Terricciola, about 35 km from Pisa and close to Volterra. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 40 km away. Access includes 1 km of unpaved road. The covered parking area is reached along the access road; a few stone steps and a path lead from the parking area to the house and pergola. The pool is in a lower area and can be reached from the lawn or by descending stone stairs.

Unauthorized parties, events and visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are forbidden without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Services at the property may be provided exclusively by official Emma Villas chefs and suppliers; unauthorized chefs and suppliers are not permitted.
