It is open from the last Saturday of April to the first Saturday of October.

The property is in Soiana, a hamlet of Terricciola, among the hills of Pisa. The Tyrrhenian Sea is 40 km away. The property is reached by 1 km of unpaved road; the pool is below the house and can be reached from the lawn or by descending stone stairs. Covered parking is available within the property.
