The recently renovated apartment is on the second floor of a building with a lift. Its bright living area has a large sofa, a bookcase and a TV, alongside a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with a moka coffee maker, microwave, fridge and freezer.
The spacious bedroom contains a queen-size bed, a double sofa bed, a wardrobe and another TV. It opens onto a balcony overlooking the internal courtyard. Two bathrooms with showers complete the apartment; a hairdryer is available.
Free Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating and a washing machine are available. Catania Fontanarossa Airport and Catania Central station are each about a 10-minute drive away.
A separate apartment upstairs can accommodate up to 10 guests. Requests to book both apartments must be made specifically; the upstairs apartment is not part of this four-guest offering.
