## About the house

The apartment occupies the ground floor of a 1470 aristocratic mansion designed by Antonio Morandi, known as Terribilia. The building formerly housed the Accademia del Gelato cultural club and Bologna’s first private theater. A Renaissance garden lies within a private 1,000-square-meter courtyard, away from noise and traffic; garden access is shared with two accommodations in the building.

The living area has an armchair, television, dining table and kitchen with a microwave, kettle and toaster. Kitchen equipment also includes a coffee machine and moka pot. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, closet and desk. The bathroom has a shower and hairdryer. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a washing machine and an iron are available.

The central train station is approximately 3 km away, and the airport is around 30 minutes away by car.

The apartment is in a limited traffic zone (ZTL). Leaving the car in a nearby parking facility and exploring the old town on foot is recommended. The central train station is approximately 3 km away; the airport is around 30 minutes away by car.

Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange check-in with the local team at least 48 hours before arrival. Standard check-in runs from 15:00 or 16:00, depending on the destination, until 20:00. Late check-in and check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional charge of €20–€40. A tourist tax may be payable on arrival or a few days beforehand, according to local regulations; reservation details are available in the Wonderful Italy Guest Area.
