Shared pool- Heated
Access to two community resort pools and three hot tubs heated year-round, plus a naturally heated 2.5-acre lagoon with sandy beaches. The Shores Resort and lagoon can be reached on foot. Access also includes the gated Springs Social Spa, an oversized hot tub area at Marilla and Akoya Pearl Street, open 10:00–22:00 and available to a limited number of properties.
