House rules
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked. Guests may access common areas such as the living room, garden, and private pool if available, but must not enter neighboring properties. Children are welcome. Smoking and alcohol are allowed. Up to two extra mattresses can be arranged onsite.

Murud Beach is near the villa. The property is set among hills and has open valley views.
