The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and provide proof of age. The property manager must meet you within the first 24 hours after arrival to review applicable local ordinances and stay rules. The owners participate in the Palm Springs Good Neighbor Protection Program. Up to one pet is welcome; share pet details with the team.
