The house

The apartment sleeps four guests and has an open living area with sofas and a large Smart TV, a dining area and a private balcony. The primary bedroom has a queen bed, a dedicated workspace and a connected bathroom; the second bedroom has a double bed. Both bathrooms have walk-in showers.

A fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave. Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and heating throughout, and a laundry with a washer and dryer are provided. One free allocated parking space accommodates smaller to mid-sized cars, such as hatchbacks and compact sedans.

Shared complex facilities include an infinity pool, gym, panoramic rooftop garden and terrace with a BBQ, mini cinema, games room with a pool table, and meeting room. Building management may close facilities for maintenance without prior notice.

A bus stop is within a one-minute walk, and Hindley Street and Rundle Mall are a 10-minute stroll away. SOHO Coffee Roasters is outside the building. Only self-check-in is offered, between 3:00 PM and 11:00 PM; key collection and drop-off are a five-minute walk away.
