Acquanera is 3 km from Piobbico, where shops, restaurants and supermarkets are available. Access roads are paved. The garden is terraced, with levels connected by steps and slopes. Lido di Fano is 60 km away. The property is at the foot of Mount Nerone, with opportunities for hiking, trekking, horseback riding, canoeing, fishing and other outdoor activities.

Parties and events are forbidden without prior written authorization. Visitors exceeding the maximum guest limit are not permitted without prior written authorization and agreed terms. Pets are allowed, with additional cleaning required when animals are present.
