The first-floor apartment has lift access. Its bright living room contains a double sofa bed, a smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee machine, oven, dishwasher and fridge. The bedroom has a queen-size bed, a wardrobe and a second smart TV. Both rooms open onto a spacious, sunny courtyard overlooking the Sanremo sea and surrounding gardens. The bathroom has a shower, and a hairdryer is provided.
