Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if that number changes. Treat the property with the same respect as your own home. Fixed changeover days may apply during peak periods.
Getting there
The home has two storeys, with the main living area upstairs. Beach access is available, and the Apollo Bay foreshore is minutes away. Parking is limited to two car spaces, including one garage space. The source lists 210 m to Apollo Bay, 650 m to S.S. Casino Shipwreck, 1 km to Apollo Bay Museum, 1.8 km to Marriner’s Lookout, and 1.5 km each to Great Ocean Walk and the Great Ocean Road Visitor Information Centre. Wildlife Wonders, Maits Rest Rainforest Walk and the Twelve Apostles are suggested regional outings.
