Upstairs open-plan living opens onto an elevated deck with ocean views and a BBQ. The home has a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, lounge split system, wood fireplace, heated outdoor spa, balcony and fully enclosed yard. Linen is provided. Firewood is supplied from May to October. Both bathrooms have a shower, toilet and vanity. Internal laundry facilities include a washer and dryer. Smoke alarms are provided. The home is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2. Casino Shipwreck, 1 km to Apollo Bay Museum, 1.8 km to Marriner’s Lookout, and 1.5 km each to Great Ocean Walk and the Great Ocean Road Visitor Information Centre. Wildlife Wonders, Maits Rest Rainforest Walk and the Twelve Apostles are suggested regional outings.

Strict no-party policy, including schoolies, hens and bucks gatherings. Noise audible outside the property is prohibited between 22:00 and 08:00. Unless previously agreed, stays are for private residential use only and may accommodate only the guests stated on the booking. Bookings must reflect the exact number of guests; notify management if that number changes. Treat the property with the same respect as your own home. Fixed changeover days may apply during peak periods.
