Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted. Contact the team for information before travelling with pets. Arrange your arrival time with the local team at least 48 hours in advance. Complete online ID registration, sign the digital rental agreement and pay the tourist tax before receiving access instructions. Late check-in and late check-out are available on request, subject to availability. Arrivals after 20:00 may incur an additional €20–€40 charge. A cot is optional, available on request for €35 per stay.
Getting there
The building has no elevator. The Peggy Guggenheim Collection is a two-minute walk away. Accademia Bridge is five minutes away. Venice Santa Lucia Station is a 13-minute walk away; Venice Marco Polo Airport is 13 km away.
